Hello and welcome to the new season of ARONIA LIVING!
I’m thrilled to be back at the ARONIA flat after my summer holiday. Can you believe we’re already halfway through September? Although autumn has been slow to arrive, we're finally starting to see the first signs of fall in Athens. For me, September is always an open invitation to press the reset button, reconnect with what truly matters, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose, determination, and joy.
This is the season where inspiration meets action, and I’m excited to channel that energy into both my personal life and ARONIA LIVING.
TRANSITION AND RENEWAL
I don’t know how you feel, but there’s something about fall that signals transition. It’s a time when we’re invited to step back into the old rhythm of life, but with a renewed energy and clarity of purpose. The experiences of summer may have changed us, and it feels like the perfect moment to reimagine what’s possible and reintroduce ourselves to both us and the world.
SEPTEMBER SO FAR
For me, this September has felt quite different from previous years. It has been a transitional month—one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced in a long time—as I’ve navigated significant changes in my personal life. Everything has been about exploring emotions, opening up, adjusting to a new pace, and finding balance between the old and the new version of myself. September has served as a wonderful reminder of the importance of embracing change while staying grounded and true to myself. It has highlighted the unexpected joy that new people can bring into your life and my flat has played a crucial role in this experience by offering a comforting space to share moments and build memories.
NEXT FOR ARONIA LIVING
ARONIA LIVING quietly stepped into the world in April 2024, introducing itself as curated home aesthetics, a creative space, and a love language. A lifestyle blog and IG account presenting content of daily existence within the walls of an Athenian rental flat.
Over the next few months, you can expect content that, as always, reflects our current philosophy and style while embracing a spirit of renewal. As we align with the shifting rhythms of autumn and the seasons ahead, we’ll focus on more personal projects on social media and beautiful collaborations with talented creatives. While my work commitments mean I’ll be posting on the blog every two weeks instead of weekly, I’ll be sharing more frequently on social media. We’ll continue to bring you content from your favourite corners of the flat and unveil new areas of ARONIA that we hope will entertain, please, and inspire you.
My mood for the coming months, includes new pieces of art and decorative elements in rich, dark red tones, adding a touch of elegance and warmth. I am also flirting with a new rug for my dinning table, rechargeable wall lights, and of course stylish glassware for cocktails perfect for girls’ nights or date nights. Lastly, my favourite Friday floral compositions that always allow for creative expression and vibrant, seasonal beauty.
